[Description]A suspension with fine particle
[Pharmacological Actions]
This product belongs to diterpenoid antibiotics. It is against mycoplasma, gram-positive bacteria, treponema, particularly active against staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus and some kind of Leptospira. Combined with 50s subunit of bacterial ribosome, it can stop the synthesization of protein in microorganism.
[Indications]
Treatment and control of diseases caused by Tiamulin sensitive bacteria and mycoplasma infections.
Tiamulin Injection particularly indicated for the treatment:
1. Dyspnea, refractoriness Asthma, ***smodic acute cough caused by mycoplasma
2. Hemorrhagic dysentery caused by leptospira and proliferative enteritis caused by intracellular bacteria.
[Dosage and Administration]
Tiamulin Injection should be applied by intramuscular injection. For swine: 0.1ml/kg, to be given once every 5 to 7 days.
[Precautions]
1. Slight muscle stimulation and reversible scytitis will occasionally occur at the injection site.
2. Intravenous injection and overdoes are forbidden.
3. Be cautious when used with β- Lactam drugs. Adrenaline, halophilic mold, and monensin are forbidden to use with this product.
4. One dose for each injection site should not exceed 15ml
5. Shake up sufficiently before use, not suitable for freezing
[Withdrawal time] Swine: 14 days. Cattle: subcutaneous injection for 35 days
